The area houses three play structures; two water elements; rubber surfacing; swings; shade shelters; benches; drinking fountains and parking/restroom facilities. Alamo Creek Park also has a full-size basketball court and an eight-lane, ¾ mile track that was resurfaced in 2012 to provide for year-round activity use.

The Alamo Creek Dog Park is the only off-leash dog park in Vacaville open seven days a week from dawn till dusk (the park closes at sunset). The Alamo Dog Park offers separate areas for small dogs less than 25 pounds and large dogs over 25 pounds; benches; picnic tables; shade structures with misters installed during summer months; water fountains/bowls which are changed daily by maintenance staff and receptacles for pet waste.
